A gentle four-week introduction — the basics, at your own pace, in a small friendly group.

Classes are 60–75 minutes. Mats and props provided — just bring yourself.

Your first class is £5 — come and try us.
A quiet room, above the high street.
Still Point is one small, sunlit room with a wooden floor, a lot of plants, and space for twelve mats. No mirrors, no pressure, no leaderboard — just a calm place to practise and breathe.
We teach a handful of classes a week and keep them small on purpose, so there's always a moment to say hello. New to yoga? Start with the £5 first class or the beginners' course.

Come and practise
Above the bookshop on Fore Street, in the middle of Totnes. Two minutes from the station, doors open fifteen minutes before each class.
